- Our CharCoat FP Panel is ideal for large wall and floor penetrations for electrical cable (single or multiple trays)
- Up to 4 hours with single cable and tray

- Up to 4 hours EI Ratings (Integrity & Insulation)
- Pre-coated with CharCoat CC
- Used in conjunction with CharCoat IS Sealant
- Used in conjunction with CharCoat PW Wraps

Charcoat Fire Sealants
- CharCoat 4 hour Fire Rated Sealants can be applied to most applications within any building construction for cables, pipes and joints.
- Up to 4 hours with single cable and tray with IS & ES
- Up to 4 hours E Ratings (Integrity)
- Up to 4 hours EI Ratings (Integrity & Insulation)
- Large penetrations also using CharCoat FP
- Joints up to 50mm wide with backing
- Up to 12% expansion for CharCoat IS and ES

Charcoat Fire Mortar
- Upto 4 hours Fire Rating
- Classified in walls and floors of concrete, brick, gypsum etc.
- Suitable for cables, bundled cables, cable racks, cable trays, steel, copper, alupex, plastic pipes and air ventilation ducts
- High degree of mechanical resistance; the seal is load bearing without reinforcement
- The product is certified for use in walls and floors
- Fully set within 1 hour
- Simple to apply leaving a very smooth finish
- The fire performance specification of the compound has been derived when the seal has been left to cure for 1 month
