Cable Coating Videos
Test on 1.1kv 3.5 C 300 Sq.mm Aluminium cable with flame from Bunsen burner connected to LPG Cylinder temperature approximately 1500°C for 30 minutes.
Results of Test :
- Checking of community between cores
- No smoke, no fumes
- Flame transfer across the cable
- No dripping of coating
- After 30 minutes of test completion Char removed
- Damaged outer coating and sleeve cut & removed, Armour cut
- Cores seen after that No damage, No Blackening
